At Modern Maintenance products we have a range of non toxic paints suited for all types of applications including freezer walls, pet care centres, food preparation walls and floors, childrens play centres and all other surfaces that require LOW VOC paints or VOC free paints.

VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds and these are a class of Carbon compounds that evaporate at room temperature. These are known to be hazardous to human s and more awareness on these gases is emerging each year from the labs.
