Containing top quality filling materials such as Welsh Slate, elastomeric additives (SBS polymers) strong fibres (Inorphil) and latex, that can be broom applied directly to most building substrates, as a waterproofing barrier. All Flamenco products, can withstand continuous submersion, all year round.
FLAMENCO HYDROFIL
A thick, trowelling-grade bituminous filler, contains plasticizers to ensure flexibility and water-dispersing additives to allow application on wet porous surfaces. Ensure non porous surfaces such as butyl rubber and steel, are completely dry before application. Hydrofil does not have good UV resistance, and should be topcoated with Aluminium Flamenco that has excellent UV resistance.
Product Packaging: 10 kg printed drums.
Application: Drum: Apply straight from the drum with a trowel.
Application Temperature: 1°C – 39°C.
Applied Temperature: -20°C – 90°C.
Coverage Rate: As a filler, volume is more appropriate. 10 kg Hydrofil will fill approximately 9.5 litres.
Drying/Curing Time: 12 hours (full cure 2-3 days).
Storage: Several years in unopened drum ,1 year once opened and resealed.
Common uses: Filling large cracks or holes before applying final membrane.

FLAMENCO STANDARD
This is a black liquid of creamy consistency with extremely high solid content. Flamenco contains a proportion of latex and other flexible agents, giving a high degree of elasticity.
Standard Flamenco is ideal for application on to metal, concrete, cement render, asbestos, stone, roofing felt. The coating may be applied on to damp surfaces and can successfully bridge gaps of up to 5mm (1/4 inch). Larger gaps may be bridged using Flamenco Scrim overcoated with Flamenco Standard.
Product packaging: 10 kg fully printed metal drums.
Application Temperature: 1°C – 39°C.
Applied Temperature Limits: -20°C – 90°C. No cracking occurs after long exposure to low of –20°C and high of 50°C.
Method of Application: Brush, spray. Stir contents of drum vigorously to ensure all filling materials evenly dispersed.
Coverage rate: 11/2 - 2m2/kg (up to 21/2m2/kg on metal, 1-11/2m2/kg on roofing felt).
Drying/Curing Time: 12 hours (full cure 2-3 days). Product not affected by rainfall before drying.
Storage: Several years in unopened drum. 1-2 years once opened and resealed.
Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to most common inorganic acids and alkalis, salt solutions. Avoid contact with hotdetergents, hydrocarbon solvents
Solar Reflectivity: In areas of strong sunlight, it is recommended to consider the use of Aluminium Flamenco.
Common uses: Waterproofing tanking of block walls below ground level, gutters, water tanks, (non potable) under grouted tiled concrete decks, underside steel containers etc.

FLAMENCO ALUMINIUM (UV STABLE)
This is a thick, creamy coating, containing latex elastomers, giving flexible protection against dampness, atmospheric pollution and insulation against heat, cold and UV light. Enriched with aluminium flakes, the coating reflects up to 90% of UV light.Ideal for application on to metal, concrete, cement render, asbestos, stone, roofing Felt.
Flamenco Aluminium can bridge gaps of up to 5mm (1/4 inch). Larger gaps can be bridged using Flamenco Scrim overcoated with Flamenco Aluminium. Product Packaging: 10 kg fully printed metal drums.
Application Temperature: 1°C – 39°C.
Applied Temperature Limits: -20°C – 90°C.
Method of Application: Brush, spray. Stir contents of drum vigorously to ensure all filling material evenly dispersed.
Coverage Rate: 11/2 - 2 m2/kg (up to 21/2 m2/kg on metal, 1-11/2m2/kg on roofing felt).
Drying/Curing Time: 12 hours (full cure 2-3 days). Product not affected by rainfall before drying.
Storage: Several years in unopened drum. 1-2 years once opened and resealed.
Insulative Properties: Flamenco Aluminium will reduce the internal temperature of a building by 9°C, compared with Flamenco Standard.
Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to most inorganic acids and alkalis, salt solutions. Avoid contact with hot detergents, hydrocarbon solvents.
Common uses: Butyl Rubber, asbestos, concrete or steel roofs or gutters where continuous ponding water is present, block walls, flashings etc.
**FLAMENCO PRODUCTS FIRE RATING.**
Fire Resistance: Achieves EXT.F.AA designation in accordance with BS476: Part 3: 1958.
(That is no penetration of flame within 1 hour and no spread of flame).
